The award-winning and hugely popular #BrayAirDisplay is back, bigger and better than ever, on Saturday 1st August 2026.

Celebrating its 19th year in 2026, the festival promises an unforgettable show featuring vintage classics, daring aerobatic acts, and solo pilots. The free, family-friendly event is one of the most popular air shows in Europe and Ireland’s biggest air festival, attracting thousands to the Co. Wicklow seaside town to marvel at amazing aerobatics.

The Bray Air Display is also the biggest public free event in Ireland. It draws crowds of 140,000+ and creates the largest movement of the public on the Dart network outside of commuting.

While the main display is due to take to the air at 3 pm, this year’s line-up also brings a seafront buzzing with fun for all ages to the ground. This will include;

  • Irish Defence Forces’ static display and information hub
  • Bustling Food and Craft Village
  • Helicopter rides over Bray Head
  • The “Future of Flight” Tech Zone, featuring;
    • Hands-On VR Experiences

    • “Drones for Good” Stories Screen
    • Future Pilots Kids’ Zone (Under 12s Colouring Competition)

Europe’s longest-running ukulele festival will bring together around 2,000 ukulele players from Ireland and across the globe for the much-anticipated Big Jam in the People’s Park.
