Axis, Monday 10th August - Friday 14th August

Axis Festival of Fun – A week of fun events, workshops and shows for children.

We have had a rough time lately… School was closed. We thought that would be fun but it wasn't. We couldn't play with our friends. We couldn't even hug our grannies. And then, to top it all off, we found out our favourite Summer Camp, the Axis Dream Factory couldn't go ahead. We are sick of the bad news. We want to have some fun! That's why Axis have started their Festival of Fun! One week full of fun workshops, shows and events for children. Take part in one event, mix n match or come to them all!

The festival of fun will take place within and outside Axis as well as an accompanying online programme. Running from Monday 10th until Friday 14th of August, we have a variety of fun summer workshops and events scheduled for young folk and their families.

You can simply rock up anywhere along the route and watch or join in the march once the groups have moved onto the quays. You can also apply to join in with many of the community groups in the parade. Each year, community groups put out calls for volunteers to
