Thanks to industry collaboration and the IDA striving to position Ireland as one of the destinations at the forefront of the AI and machine learning world, opportunities abound for indigenous tech companies, start-ups and R+D. Indeed, a new report on 2019 tech trends from the disruptive technology research and advisory firm Ecosystm predicts that 2019 will be the first year that AI will start to impact employee and customer experiences, from ‘the board to the living room'.
