Thanks to industry collaboration and the IDA striving to position Ireland as one of the destinations at the forefront of the AI and machine learning world, opportunities abound for indigenous tech companies, start-ups and R+D. Indeed, a new report on 2019 tech trends from the disruptive technology research and advisory firm Ecosystm predicts that 2019 will be the first year that AI will start to impact employee and customer experiences, from ‘the board to the living room'.

This inaugural Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Summit aims to explore firstly the opportunities for the tech sector given Ireland's current prime position as a country at the forefront of AI development. Secondly, it will feature AI experts breaking down complex AI topics in a clear and concise way to enable business leaders maximise the AI opportunities available to them. Finally, it will examine the practical business applications of AI by way of compelling case studies and rock-solid technical overviews, delivering an in-depth analysis of successful AI projects while dissecting some of the potential pitfalls…
