The Amulet Gallery, Monday 2nd February
This session invites you to explore the landscape of the womb—real or remembered, present or absent—as a place of mystery, memory, emotion, and meaning. Whether your relationship with it holds love, grief, frustration, ambivalence, reverence, or release, all feelings are welcome here.
Working with textile art, thread and fabric become a language beyond words. Guided gently by intuition rather than instruction, you’ll stitch, layer, and assemble a piece that reflects your own inner story. There are no rules, no expectations—only space to listen, feel, and express whatever arises.
Led by artist Tamara Fiabane (@toofabulousartandcrafts), this is a deeply personal, creative session marking the final interactive event of the VULVA STORIES exhibition—a moment of reflection, connection, and shared humanity.
Participants are welcome to bring along small fabric pieces or materials that carry personal or sentimental meaning and wish to be incorporated into their work.
Donations are welcome, but please don’t let cost be a barrier—if you can’t afford it, you are warmly encouraged to come anyway.
