Cinderella The Panto

Draíocht, Friday 2nd January - Sunday 18th January

Step into a world of magic, laughter and spectacle as Coolmine Panto Group brings the timeless fairytale of Cinderella to life on stage.

Cinderella is kind, gentle, and full of dreams, but her days are far from easy. Living with her wicked Stepmother and her two hilariously funny and frightfully Ugly Stepsisters, Cinderella spends her time scrubbing and sweeping while they scheme to steal the spotlight.

However, Cinderella is not alone – her loyal friend Buttons is always nearby with a joke, a song, and a smile, while the larger-than-life Dame keeps spirits high with her antics. At the royal palace, the charming Prince prepares for a glittering ball, with his ever-helpful right-hand man Dandini at his side.

With a wave of her Fairy Godmother’s wand, Cinderella’s wishes begin to come true. A pumpkin becomes a carriage, rags turn to riches, and she is whisked away to the ball, where she captures the Prince’s heart. But when the clock strikes midnight, the spell is broken, and only Cinderella’s slipper remains…

The Prince searches every house in the Village to find the owner of the slipper but watch out, many obstacles will be put in his way.

Will true love conquer all? Oh yes, it will!
