Acclaimed Dublin poet, actor, and playwright Emmet O’Brien returns to Whelan’s this December with his End of Year Recap Show — a night dedicated to celebrating Irish poetry, spoken word, and culture through some of the most vibrant voices in the country.

Headlined by O’Brien, the event features a stellar lineup: multi-award-winning comedian, actor, and author Rosie O’Donnell; internet-famous writer and performer Darragh Fleming; captivating storyteller Craig Doyle; 2024 Talkatives and 2025 Leinster Slam Champion Eva Mary Lucy; and the bold and unfiltered The Poet Geoff.
