Adult Cycle Training

The Red Stables, Monday 16th September - Monday 30th September

Come and join us for our Adult Cycle Training course at The Red Stables in St. Anne's Park! With the Clontarf to City Centre active travel route nearing completion, Dublin City Council would like to help you to enjoy the route feeling confident and safe.

The training course is delivered by an experienced and fully certified Cycle Right trainer and is aimed at new or advancing cyclists to help you to navigate and enjoy our roads and active travel routes safely.

The training will take place at the Red Stables, St. Anne's Park at 6pm over three evenings – 16th, 23rd and 30th September. Each participant must have own bike and pay €15 towards the cost; Dublin City Council will pay the remainder.

Please be advised that you will be asked to give information regarding your level of experience and desired outcome of the course in advance of starting.

An Táin Bó Yoga seeks to give a unique bilingual cultural experience to locals and visitors of Dublin City Centre by combining yoga, storytelling, music and great coffee. An Táin Bó Yoga tells the tale of Cú Chulainn, from birth to death through yoga poses. It is based on the epic tale of An Táin Bó Cúailnge which is seen as the most important event in a body of Irish heroic legends and sagas known as the Ulster Cycle.
