Europa Experience, Friday 9th May

On 9 May 2025, we are delighted to host a series of events for Europe Day on the theme ‘Democracy in Action’. The day marks the anniversary of the Schuman Declaration and serves as a reminder of the European Union’s commitment to unity, democracy, and solidarity.

Event Highlights:

  • 12:30 pm: Kick off the day with a lively brass band performance by Dublin’s Amos Moses, setting the tone for a vibrant celebration of European identity.
  • 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm: Get ready to meet our star-shaped mascot, who’ll be there to guide you, energize the crowd, and spin the EU Prize Wheel! Answer fun EU trivia for a chance to win cool prizes like tote bags, keyrings, and more!
  • 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm: Capture the moment at our EU-themed photo booth, complete with the event slogan
“Democracy in Action” and stunning European Union imagery. Perfect for a keepsake from this special day!
  • 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Kids can dive into their creativity with EU-inspired face painting—think stars, flags, and cultural symbols representing the rich diversity of Europe.
