Civic Theatre, Saturday 12th March - Tuesday 15th March

Adapted for the stage by Caitríona Daly, this fresh take on Roald Dahl’s much loved story of Matilda tells us the tale of an extraordinary girl. Matilda loves reading and has to overcome the obstacles that are her family and her difficult headmistress Miss Trunchbull, but ultimately saves herself and her teacher, Miss Honey.

The magic of the story is brought to life by a cast of children from age 3 to 18 who are delighted to be back on The Civic stage after such a long break.
