Celebrate Spring Rise Brigit 2022! Stellar line-up features the best of Ireland’s contemporary musical talent.

In Person:
One of our most celebrated artists, Imelda May is an international sensation. She has performed with many music legends including Lou Reed, Bono, Tom Jones, Elvis Costello and Ronnie Wood. Her recent album 11 Past the Hour was her fourth No.1 in Ireland. She recently presented SKY Arts literary travelogue series The Voices of Ireland. Her first major film, Fisherman Friends 2, is scheduled for release this year. Nigerian-Irish poet, performer, playwright FELISPEAKS has won many accolades since being nominated for Best Performer in the Dublin Fringe Festival, 2018. Her most recent is the Catalyst Award at Irish Tatler Woman of the Year 2021, where she performed her powerful poem For Our Mothers. In 2020, she was commissioned to create a new spoken-word piece for The Next Normal on RTÉ One.

Sibéal’s uniquely stunning debut EP Live at Abbey Road unites contemporary and traditional music, sung sean-nós. She featured on Irish Women in Harmony’s Safe Ireland fund-raising single Dreams, and sings Stand for Hope in the animated feature Two By Two: Overboard, nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Award. From her lo-fi R&B roots to poignant pop, Tolü Makay has fast become one of Ireland’s leading creative voices. Her version of The Saw Doctors classic N17 with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra made her Ireland’s highest-charting female solo artist. Her TV and live performances include The Late Late Show, The Tommy Tiernan Show, TradFest 2021, and the Galway International Arts Festival.
