European Week of Sport

Varies, Tuesday 23rd September - Tuesday 30th September

European Week of Sport, an initiative of the European Union, marks its 10th anniversary in 2025 – a decade of inspiring people across Europe to get moving. This year’s theme, Move More, Scroll Less, invites everyone to embrace an active lifestyle and healthier digital habits. Are you a regular athlete, a weekend walker, or just starting out? Whatever your situation, this is your chance to discover the physical, mental, and social benefits of being active.

Since 2015, the campaign has helped millions reconnect with movement, community, and well-being. In 2025, we celebrate a decade of impact with a special anniversary programme and stories of real people choosing to #BeActive.

Join us from 23–30 September 2025 as we look back on 10 years of progress – and step into an even more dynamic future together.
