Training the body, the breath and mind to connect with one’s spirituality are the main objectives of yoga. Not only does yoga improve the balance, strength and flexibility, it also helps manage stress, sleep better, brighten the mood. This International Yoga Day we offer two online sessions: one for teenagers and one for adults. Roll out your yoga mat and get involved.

The Sun Salutation – a moving meditation for teens: this sequence of poses can be practiced as an energetic flow, or slowed down to build strength and flexibility.

Mindful Yoga for Adults: Move through a series of yoga poses to building your strength and calm the mind. This session will focus on the present moment.
