Creative Mornings: Mr Steve McCarthy

CreativeMornings/Dublin is back for our latest online event, this Friday 29th of January from 8.30am with artist and writer Mr Steve McCarthy.

Steve is a Dublin born, London based artist and author, working in picture books, animation and advertising. He has worked with brands such as Jameson Whiskey, Facebook, Tara Building and Intel. He was the key background designer on the Academy award nominated Song Of The Sea, and is currently working on his first self authored picture book.

Steve will be giving a talk inspired by this month's theme ‘Promise', followed by some questions from you, our amazing CreativeMornings Dublin community.

We'll be broadcasting live via Zoom and Facebook Live so please join us to celebrate creativity from the comfort of your own homes!

Our January event also sees the debut of our free online workshop series sponsored by our local partner, Krayon. Our first workshop of 2021 is ‘Writing for Wellness', delivered by Michelle O'Connor aka Specky Scribbler and it explores writing as a chance to carve out a moment of meditation for ourselves. It will take place from 10am-10.30am and Zoom links will be emailed to participants on Thursday evening.
