Special Meditation Workshop – Life Is Like A Dream

This event has ended

Online, Saturday 12th September

In this special workshop with visiting internationally renowned teacher Kadam Lucy James, discover how Buddha’s wisdom teachings help us feel light-hearted and carefree, while at the same time finding deep meaning and joy in our lives.

Buddha taught that everything depends upon our mind -ourselves, other people, our experiences and reality itself. For example, we all know how relative time can be. It can drag on or fly by! Kadam Lucy will show logically and practically how things do not exist from their own side but are dream–like projections of the mind.

Life is a lot more fun when we are not grasping at everything so tightly, but instead are living within the liberating understanding of the power of our thoughts. Our own dreams show how creative our mind is, and how if we choose to transform our mind, we can actually transform our life and world.

Any experience of this wisdom brings us deeper freedom and peace, and allows us to master our minds. This in turn leads to a genuinely happy life and the ability to help others well.
