Frank Harte Festival

Teachers Club, Friday 25th September - Sunday 27th September

In September 2026, Frank Harte Festival will celebrate its 21st anniversary commemorating the life and work of Frank Harte. We hope you can join us in the heart of Dublin for singing sessions, a song workshop, a singing & walking tour, an illustrated talk, and An Cheolchoirm Mhór (The Grand Concert).

An Góilín, as the leading promoter of traditional singing in Dublin, organised the first Frank Harte Festival in 2006, following the death of Frank Harte (1933-2005), a close associate and friend. Since its inception the festival has become a focus for traditional singing. The guest list over the last twenty years reads like a veritable ‘Who’s Who’ of traditional singing from these shores and beyond.

Pavilion Theatre

Foggy Notions & Pavilion Theatre presents Dún Laoghaire Folk Fest 2026 at Pavilion Theatre September 9th – 13th. This is the third edition of Dún Laoghaire Folk Fest, a project we started with Pavilion Theatre in 2021 during COVID, when only 50 people could attend each show! Surreal times, but fond memories. A second edition followed in 2022 with full houses, and it’s great to be back after a three-year gap supported by the Pavilion’s Patron Award. We greatly appreciate their support for independent promoters, curators, performers and producers in this challenging climate. Th

Dublin Independent Fashion Week

Various Locations

Dublin Independent Fashion Week was founded in 2023 by a group of designers who recognised a gap in Ireland's fashion landscape: the lack of an accessible, independent platform dedicated to supporting homegrown talent. Built by volunteers, DIFW was created to give designers opportunities to showcase their work, connect with new audiences, and build sustainable careers on their own terms. What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a week-long programme of runway shows, exhibitions, workshops, and community-led events. Today, DIFW continues to grow its platform, partnerships, and
