Swan Lake – Ballet De Santiago

Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Tuesday 18th August - Sunday 23rd August

Love defies darkness as Chile’s acclaimed Ballet de Santiago brings the legendary Swan Lake to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.

In this breathtaking production, Tchaikovsky’s soaring score and the company’s spellbinding artistry weave a story of passion, betrayal, and eternal devotion.

Under the artistic leadership of internationally celebrated César Morales, the company fuses the great traditions of classical ballet with a distinctly Latin American flair for this Irish premiere.

Prince Siegfried’s heart is captured by Odette, a princess cursed to live as a swan by day. Their fates entwine in a battle against evil, where love must prove stronger than the sorcery that seeks to tear them apart.

Renowned for their emotional depth and technical brilliance, Ballet de Santiago infuses this timeless classic with dramatic power and cinematic beauty. Opulent sets, sumptuous costumes, and unforgettable choreography create a ballet experience that will stir your soul and leave you breathless.

Witness Swan Lake, as you’ve never seen it before.
