Brigid’s Spark: Fire in the Body

This lively workshop draws inspiration from Brigid, the Celtic figure of hearth, poetry, and renewal. Through simple movement, shared storytelling, and playful theatre exercises, participants will explore how myth can come alive and be present in the room. Working gently with ideas of warmth, imagination, and craft, attendees will discover how a spark in the body can grow into shared expression, creativity, and connection.

No previous experience is required. The focus is on enjoyment, curiosity, and collective making. This one-hour session is suitable for all skill levels, offering an atmosphere of welcome, laughter, and light.
