Verdant Productions and Rob Murphy, in association with MCD, are thrilled to announce Dublin's first Halloween panto, Hansel, Gretel & The Witch at Dublin’s Ambassador Theatre.

A bold, new live theatrical experience for families, Hansel, Gretel & The Witch reimagines the classic fairytale through a magical Halloween lens. Set in the atmospheric Ambassador Theatre, this immersive production is designed to become Dublin’s signature annual Halloween event — creating unforgettable memories for children and offering a high-quality seasonal attraction for locals and visitors alike.

Written & Directed by Rob Murphy, the show features an all-star cast including Eurovision legend Niamh Kavanagh, George McMahon (Fair City), Sarah Harvey, Ariana Callan and Adam Finn.

Lost in an eerie enchanted forest, Hansel and Gretel must summon their courage to outwit a cunning witch and escape her candy-coated lair. Along the way, they’re joined by forest creatures, leading the audience on a journey filled with:
