RTÉ CO performs the music of Leonard Cohen

After a sold-out concert at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in April 2022, the RTÉ Concert Orchestra is set to take the stage at Dublin's 3Arena for an even grander event. They will celebrate Leonard Cohen's songs in a very special 90th Birthday Celebration Concert on Saturday, September 21st, 2024. This event will be conducted by Gavin Maloney.

Between 2008 and 2013, Leonard Cohen treated Ireland to a dozen captivating performances, with six held at the esteemed 3Arena. His Irish farewell unfolded over two poignant nights on September 11th and 12th, 2013, at the 3Arena. The recording of his September 12th show was subsequently released as the Live In Dublin Triple Album, marking Cohen's final album release.
