Inspired @ South Dublin – Health & Wellness Festival: come and meet some of Ireland's best professional athletes, hear them speak about the power of Sport and also train with them on the day. This event is suitable for all, whether you are a regular gym goer, a family looking for a positive healthy day out or someone who is interested in their health and wellbeing.

Enter the Inspiration Zones:

“Inspired Sport”: Test your skills at Tag Rugby, Boxing, Pentathlon, Rowing, Volleyball, Cricket and much more!
“Inspire Us”: Meet our ambassador World Boxing Champion, Kelly Harrington as local and national sports stars will be discussing the impact sport has on your health & wellbeing. Join us for nutrition talks from professionals such as the Happy Pear who will be chatting all things healthy food and drink.
“Inspired Wellness”: There will also be numerous mindfulness talks and practical sessions that attendees can get involved in. Try your hand at Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Dance, Fitness and more!

Healthy food stalls will be present on the day along with face painters and balloon artists. At the end of this fun filled day join in the 1km Fun Colour Run at 4.00pm. This is a FREE event and each of the activities will be inclusive to all.
