Mental Health & Wellbeing Summit – The only event of its kind in Ireland and has now established itself as one of the most important events of the year to attend to obtain genuine, practical information and education on coping with and managing mental health.​

The Summit attracts attendees from all sectors including the public, corporate, sporting, educational and medical. People travel from all corners of Ireland, the UK, the USA and further afield to obtain essential information about coping with mental health at work, at home or in day to day life. This Summit has something for everyone! Information is delivered in a light hearted and digestible manner giving practical advice which can be taken away and used in every day life. This event takes Mental Health issues and wellbeing to the next level – i.e. bringing the information directly to the people who need it.
