Music Current festival returns this April with a series of visually stunning concerts and electrifying performances. The programme full of Irish premieres focuses on light (and darkness), and the visual experience of concert-going.

The annual five-day festival showcases some of the best Irish and international contemporary music makers, hosting five new concerts, including: Black Page Orchestra (Austria), TAK Ensemble (USA), lovemusic collective (France/UK), Dublin Sound Lab, and the return of Nadar Ensemble (Belgium).

Festival-goers can participate through a series of workshops exploring electronic music, AI in music creation, and new composition techniques, and a discussion exploring personal artistic approaches to music and technology.
