Young Environmentalist Awards

The CCD, Thursday 23rd May 2019

Young Environmentalist Awards Showcase & Awards Ceremony 2019.

Join ECO-UNESCO at The Convention Centre Dublin to celebrate 20 years of youth eco-action in Ireland! Every year, for the last 20 years, hundreds of young people across Ireland have been battling it out to make it to ECO-UNESCO's Young Environmentalist Awards Final Showcase & Awards Ceremony. To make it to the showcase, young people have to come up with an environmental action project and take real action in their local communities.

There'll be a range of sustainability themed activities to take part in on the day, and who knows – you might even get inspiration for a YEA 2020 project.

Visit projects, take part in workshops, explore the exhibition stands: 10am – 1pm
Final Awards Ceremony: 2pm – 4.30pm
