UCD Science Postgraduate Open Evening

Find out about your options for postgraduate study in the UCD College of Science. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the courses and to ask staff questions about Taught Graduate Courses.  This event will take place on Zoom. It will provide an overview of courses in each area before moving to a Q&A session with Course Directors.

The event comprises two themed sessions introducing the range of courses available. Please register for the session(s) you are interested in below. Each session will have a different webinar link which will be emailed to registered attendees in advance of the event.

You may attend either or both sessions below.

Session 1: 4.00 – 4.45pm: MSc Taught courses in Mathematics, Actuarial Science & Finance, Physics and Computer Science.

Session 2: 5.00 – 5.45pm: MSc Taught Courses in Biotechnology, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical & Chemical Sciences, Energy, Climate & the Environment.

Qigong at the Rooftop Garden

Chester Beatty Rooftop Garden

A traditional Chinese form of meditation, coordinating slow movement, deep rhythmic breathing and a calm state of mind. Join in at Chester Beatty for a gentle practice outdoors (weather permitting) or indoors with the view of the rooftop garden. Suitable for all ages. Free, no booking required but places are limited. Meeting point in the 3 floor lobby of the museum.

Easter at Farmleigh

Farmleigh House & Estate

Enjoy Easter fun for all at Farmleigh House. Highlights will include puppet shows, story telling, falconry and pop up children's comedy. The Farmers Markets will include a Food and Crafts Market, 10am to 5pm, with Music in the Markets from 12 noon to 2pm. Music in the Bandstand 2pm to 4pm.
