The Snowman Christmas Special – A Magical Family Show.

This phenomenally popular show returns to Bord Gáis Energy Theatre. A magical concert designed for all the family, Raymond Briggs' captivating film has established itself as part of the Christmas festivities for young and old, accompanied by Howard Blake's score, played live by the Irish Philharmonic Orchestra. Suitable for young children, this is an opportunity for the whole family to share the magic of Christmas. Featuring Walking in the Air, and a selection of popular Christmas Songs, bring your jingle bells, wear your fancy dress, and make sure you book early!

Shay Byrne (RTÉ Radio 1's Risin' Time) will tell the story of James and the flying snowman as you watch the film on the big screen. This family Christmas show will also feature seasonal favourites from the talented children of several stage schools, adding to the spirit and excitement of Christmas.

Babies in arms (children under 2 years of age) will be admitted free of charge provided they are seated on a parents lap.
