Meditation Workshop: Befriend Your Mind, Unlock Your Potential

This event has ended

Online, Saturday 26th September

When things get tough, we know our mind can be unreliable, and a source of stress, anxiety and self-criticism. In this meditation workshop, Kadam Adam will explain how we can step out of that mental and emotional turbulence, and discover how the true nature of the mind is deeply peaceful. Through this experience, we will discover something very profound – that both ourself and our mind are fundamentally OK, and how our mind has the potential to be a reliable source of deep happiness and joy – just like a good friend!

Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the workshop. You will then receive an email with a link to the livestream workshop, on the day of the workshop (at least one hour before the workshop begins).
